If so, read on, because this is a compassion focussed supervision group for educational psychologists!
The vision
An intentional, curated group of psychologists.
A warm, supportive and challenging supervisory space, imbued with theory, tools and models from the Compassion Focussed Approaches research base.
Sessions which create the conditions for reflection and deep thinking by using grounding activities, visualisation, posture and imagery.
A consistent group, looking to do amazing work together, over time.
An explicitly psychological space, where we help each other to become better practitioners
The details
The group will be a maximum of five people, to facilitate deeper relational practice
We will meet monthly, for six months (+ a kick-off session).
Our sessions will last 1.5 hours and we will meet remotely.
The cost for this supervision programme is £650.
The next group will start in October 2026.

Compassion Focussed Coaching - Training for EPs
Compassion Focussed Coaching (CFC) is a peer-reviewed, manualised and evidence-based group supervision model. This training offer is for Educational Psychologists, to provide the knowledge, skills and supervision they need to deliver CFC to their schools.

Clinical Supervision
Constellations Psychology provides compassionate clinical supervision (1-1 and group) to a range of professionals. Most often Educational Psychologists and psychotherapists.
