Supervision and reflective spaces
Constellations Psychology provides evidence-based, impactful reflective spaces to support school staff to sustain high quality work over time.
Our approach:
Evidence-based: we use models and tools which have been shown to help in peer-reviewed research.
Containment: we help you unpick and process the emotions that come with your role, so you can do your best work, for your staff and the children in your school.
Challenge: we commit to helping you develop as a leader and practitioner.
Compassion: we help unpick the trickiest of situations, to help with the hardest things.
Our services are different because we:
Build long term relationships with settings, so our work improves over time.
Deliver bespoke services which meet the “expert at hand” needs in your specific context.
Support leaders and systems, as well as day-to-day practice.
Provide experienced practitioners, with at least a decade of experience providing reflective spaces in school.
