The Psychology of Burnout

Burnout was coined in the 1970’s but is a contemporary issue. European workforce studies estimate the prevalence of burnout at 10%. Burnout is horrible on an individual level and can be disastrous on an organisational level. We have developed training combining research spanning over 50 years of research papers with the latest psychological tools to help identify, navigate and prevent burnout.
